*Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. You MUST contact us within 7 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org you intend to return anything back to our store.
*Any return sent after the 7 days of delivery and WITHOUT contacting us at email@example.com will not be refunded.
*15% restocking fee on any item returned due to change of mind, or does not fit, etc. (only if we are at fault will a full refund be issued)
*To avoid the restocking fee, you may do an exchange or receive in store credit.
*At our sole discretion after 7 days, we will offer an exchange or in store credit only.
*All returns must be in new condition, tags still in tact (if applicable), unworn, free from perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, and stains or odors of any kind, and must be sent back with the original receipt/invoice.
*Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (original shipping costs are not refundable.) Return shipping paid by customer.
*If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Gift Certificates are just like cash, we are not responsible if they are lost or stolen.
Do not attempt to return if above requirements are not met or it will not be accepted.
We also suggest getting tracking for your packages as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit.
